No tricks.A real treat.
Thirty minutes, one-to-one with Tina‑Marie de Lamerens, for $31. For the coach who has spent all year holding the room for everybody else.
You're the one people call.
Who do you call?
Ten spots. No funnel, no program behind the door.
Book by midnight Sunday, Nov 1, then meet any time before November 25, 2026 — the session clock starts when you do.

Why coaches need coaches
You help clients see what they can't see in themselves. But being certified doesn't stop you having blind spots of your own. You got certified. Now what?
Your blind spot has excellent references
You can name a client's pattern in under ten minutes. Your own has been running for years — and it knows exactly how to make sense.
The mirror doesn't face itself
You're in the business of reflecting. Someone still has to hold one up to you. From inside your own frame, a principle and a habit look identical.
You've been pricing your own needs at "not now"
You'd never accept "I'll do my own work when things slow down" from a client. You say it to yourself monthly, and it sounds reasonable every time.
Being the safe person is load-bearing
Holding other people's fear, shame and ambition has weight. It doesn't show, right up until it does — usually at 2am, usually as a decision you made too fast.
Credentials are not company
You can be certified, experienced and fully booked, and still be the only person in the room who never gets asked a hard question.
One conversation. One next move.
The actual knot
The decision you keep postponing. The client you can't stop thinking about. The message you've rewritten nine times. Not a tidy summary of your life — the messy part.
Plain language
No framework theatre, no model on a whiteboard. Thirty minutes of real questions, and the honesty that comes from not being in your life.
Small, dated, yours
One specific thing to do, and a day to do it. Not a strategy with my name on it — something you'll actually do before the week eats it.
No pitch. At all.
There's no program on the other side of this. No "quick call" that turns into a menu. If you want to keep working together, you'll have to ask me.
Hi, I'm Tina‑Marie de Lamerens.
I'm a certified health and wellness coach, owner of The Confident Health Coach, and host of The How-To School for Health Coaches podcast.
For the past six years, I have been doing what many newly certified coaches are trying to figure out: turning coaching skills into real work with real clients. I have built and run health-coaching programs, created and marketed group programs and workshops, coached clients one-on-one, and learned firsthand what works and what wastes time when you're building a coaching business.
Before becoming a health coach, I spent 27 years as a classroom teacher. That experience still shapes how I approach coaching: listen closely, recognize what is actually getting in the way, and help people move from knowing what to do to actually doing it.
Today, through The Confident Health Coach, I help health and wellness coaches get clear about who they want to coach, what they can offer, and how to turn their training into a business that brings in clients.
“You know how to coach. For thirty minutes, let someone coach you.”
It's a ticket, not a trap.
Written down so there are no surprises at minute twenty-eight. Everything on this list is the only thing on this list.
Is this your thirty minutes?
Take it if
- →You're a health or wellness coach, newly certified or years in, and you're the person everyone else brings things to.
- →You're stuck on your niche, your offer, your pricing, or where your next client comes from.
- →There's one decision, client or conversation you've been circling for weeks.
- →You want thirty honest minutes, not a six-month container.
- →You're fine on paper, and slightly tired underneath.
Skip it if
- ×You're hoping the last five minutes turn into a pitch. They won't.
- ×You want a certificate, a framework or a personality assessment.
- ×You want someone to agree with you. That's what friends are for.
- ×You're only here because $31 is cheap. Cheap isn't the point — showing up is.
The things you're about to ask
Is this a sales call in a Halloween costume?
No. Thirty minutes, one conversation, and nothing for sale at the end of it. You will not get a "just circling back" email the following Tuesday.
Why $31?
Because free doesn't get taken seriously and $300 doesn't get booked this weekend. $31 is roughly the price of a decent dinner — and you'd spend that on somebody else without blinking.
I'm a health coach. Is this about my clients or my business?
Whichever is stuck. Most health coaches bring the business side: who to coach, what to offer, what to charge, where clients come from. That's my work at The Confident Health Coach. But if what's stuck is you, bring that.
What if I can't meet this weekend?
You don't have to. You just have to book by midnight CST on Sunday, November 1. The session itself can happen any time before November 25, 2026.
Can I buy it for someone else?
Yes. Book it in your name, then email me who it's for. It's a good thing to hand a person who never gets handed anything.
What if the ten spots are gone?
The button turns into a waitlist. You'll hear first when the next round opens, at the same $31 if you were on that list.
What should I bring?
One thing. The messiest one. You don't need to prepare — preparing is usually how the real question stays hidden.
Ten spots. Then this page turns back into a pumpkin.
The pumpkin is back. But there's always next year — and a waitlist.
30 minutes · $31 · use it by November 25. If you've been telling other people to invest in themselves all year, this is the one receipt that's yours.
