I’m noticing something, and I’m wondering if you’re noticing it, too. These days, everyone seems tired, and a little burned out. Now, it’s been a LONG two years, so it doesn’t surprise me that most people feel worn out. But as entrepreneurs, we have additional pressures that can make burnout hit us faster than it does other people.
That’s why I wanted to record this podcast for you - because burnout is real, and it’s common. And, in the last 12 years of owning an online coaching practice, I’ve learned a lot about how to manage my time and energy so I can sustain a profitable business for the long run.
