Running a business is hard, and it’s even harder when you’re running the business on your own! In today’s business climate, it’s easy to get caught up with a never-ending to-do list and to let the stress of running your business run you down.


But as health and wellness practitioners, we know better! We know that our health is a critical piece of being successful, but it can be tough to do it all.
