As a new health coach, I was really afraid to admit to anyone that I didn’t know what I was doing. I felt like I had to show myself as an expert, both in health coaching and running a business. The truth? I had no idea what I was doing.
Over the past 14 years, I’ve started not one but TWO profitable and successful coaching practices. In that time, I’ve learned a lot, and there are 5 business lessons that I wish I had known earlier.
