#32: How to Manage Your Stress As a Solopreneur

 

The most stressed out people I know are other entrepreneurs. Maybe it’s the pressure of making decisions every day, or maybe it’s the up and down roller coaster that comes with running your own business. 

 

Whatever it is, I know that managing stress is a huge piece of having success as a solopreneur. The truth is that this work is hard, and it’s isolating, and it’s easy to get overwhelmed and feel like nothing is working. 


That’s why this is a conversation that needs to get normalized. There’s no point in pretending that everything’s okay when it isn’t, but there are some strategies you can implement that will help you manage your stress more easily on a day-to-day basis.
